How do I book a villa on the Green Coast?

Booking is simple. Browse our curated collection, select your preferred property and dates, then submit an inquiry through our reservation page. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the booking process, typically within a few hours. What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Within 15 days of check-in, bookings are non-refundable. Some properties may have specific policies during peak season (July-August). We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (June through September), we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance, as our most sought-after villas fill quickly. For shoulder season stays in May or October, 4 to 6 weeks ahead is usually sufficient. Last-minute availability is occasionally possible, so do not hesitate to inquire even on shorter notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected prior to check-in to cover any potential damages during your stay. The amount varies by property, typically ranging from 200 to 500 euros. The deposit is returned in full within 7 days of checkout, provided the property is left in good condition.

How do I get to the Albanian Riviera?

The Albanian Riviera is accessible by air, sea, and road. The nearest international airports are Tirana International Airport (TIA) and Corfu International Airport in Greece. From Tirana, the scenic drive south takes approximately 4 to 5 hours via the modern SH8 highway. We can arrange private airport transfers for a seamless arrival experience. Ferry services also operate from Corfu to Saranda during summer months.

How far is the nearest airport?

Tirana International Airport (TIA) is approximately 250 kilometers from the Green Coast, roughly a 4 to 5 hour drive along scenic coastal roads. Corfu Airport in Greece is about 80 kilometers away, accessible via ferry from Saranda (30 minutes) followed by a coastal drive. We offer private transfer services from both airports for your convenience.

Is it safe to travel to Albania?

Albania is a safe and welcoming destination for international travelers. The Albanian Riviera, in particular, has seen significant investment in tourism infrastructure and is popular with visitors from across Europe. Crime rates in tourist areas are low, locals are famously hospitable, and the coastline is well-serviced. Standard travel precautions apply, as with any Mediterranean destination.
